Platform role
JustStartup is a franchise discovery, startup showcase and business-support platform. We do not sell franchises, broker investments, provide financing or act as a legal representative of a listed business.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally capable of entering agreements and provide accurate information.
Do not impersonate a brand, submit unauthorised listings, scrape contact information or attempt to disrupt the platform.
Listings and enquiries
Franchise and startup representatives remain responsible for the accuracy, authority and legality of their submissions.
We may review, edit for clarity, reject, suspend or remove a profile that is incomplete, misleading or unsuitable.
Publication is not an endorsement, verification of business performance or investment recommendation.
Submitting an enquiry or support request does not create a contract or obligation with JustStartup or a listed business.
Business-document support
Pitch deck, business plan, company profile, projection and franchise-readiness support is scoped separately after an initial discussion.
Legal, tax, accounting and regulated professional work may require an independent qualified professional.
Any price, deliverable, timeline, revision limit and cancellation term will be agreed in writing before paid work begins.
Partner accounts
Brand representatives must keep partner login credentials confidential and are responsible for activity through their account.
A partner may access only listings and enquiries connected to their verified submission. Access may be suspended for misuse or inaccurate representation.
No investment advice or guarantee
Information is general and indicative. Investment, revenue, margin and payback figures may vary by location and circumstances.
You must conduct independent commercial, legal, tax and financial due diligence before making a decision.
Intellectual property
The JustStartup name, design and original platform content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
Brand names and marks belong to their respective owners and are displayed for identification.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, JustStartup is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on listing information, third-party conduct or business outcomes.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the platform changes. Continued use after publication means the updated terms apply.
